Food Wine PairingThe sensual finesse of food and wine pairings is an easy feat to master, and can be acted out quite beautifully by focusing on the delicious colors, flavors, and textures which grace our plates. When we identify the color of the food we are eating, how that food is prepared, what regions of the world serve that dish predominantly, and how it fits within our “personal preference” - and weekly routine - we have blended together the beautiful criteria for sifting through food and wine pairings with joy!
